Do Tenants Really Need Brokers When Negotiating Lease Renewals? Trying to "save the commission" is all about tripping over dollars to pick up pennies. Worse yet, if the tenant thinks they can do a better job on a renewal than the best real estate advisors in their market, that's just flat out delusional.

CMBS Delinquencies Decrease for Third Month in Past Four. Does paying attention to the monthly changes make any sense? What I want to see is a steady and growing decrease in delinquency rates over at least 6 months for me to see an encouraging trend.
